While you're not getting a New York slice, this is about as good as you're going to get in terms of a classic Italian Margherita pizza in Vancouver.
The highlights here are the dough and the oven, both enhancing the flavor and texture of the pizza tremendously. The crust is just on the line of chewy and soft that you want from a Margherita.
Unfortunately, the chef was stingy with the Parmesan and only did an extremely light dusting. They also added basil BEFORE cooking which is a big no no, I got wilted leaf in my slice.
