I almost walked out because the slices sitting behind the glass looked anything but fresh but WOW would that have been a huge mistake ! The first slice of my short review life that I savored every bite of. Great char, tangy chunky sauce on the sweet side and just enough grease that it perfectly complimented the super crunchy crust. I’m coming back !

A damn good NYC slice. The crust is excellent; delicious and crispy. The sauce is prominent and flavorful. The cheese isn’t particularly amazing, but well balanced. Great slice! Definitely try it.

EXCELLENT slice- came back and got two plain pies. The sauce has a great tang and it’s perfectly crispy. Good even a day later!

Great taste to the cheese and sauce. Slight flop, but needs more crisp. With good crisp, it’d be easily into the 8s

Long-time favorite. And next to Penn Station which is the perfect welcome or tasty farewell from the city. Every time.

Ranked 8th Best Slice in the World by Big Travel 7. This slice was jam packed with flavor. There was minimal flop. A thinker than average slice with a lot of cheese and a super crispy crust.

Don’t understand where they get an 8 + . Went there three times. God sauce ok cheese horrible tasting crust. Crust tastes like cardboard. 7.3 is what it is.

Got a reheated slice. Very good but prob better fresh from the oven.

Terrible service; rude staff. The pizza was cold and sauce was dry.

This was our first stop within the first hour of getting to NYC. It is a busy fast paced place with loads of options from Vegan, veggie, thin, thick crusts and so many unique toppings with real Italian cheeses. I had the Supremo and really enjoyed all the toppings and the sauce as well as having my first NYC slice I could fold in half. I think we will be back for more for sure !

Had a cheese, margarita primavera and meatball. All were great and sported the signature crispy - “no flop” crust the whole slice. As good as the two slices with toppings- the cheese was my favorite- for the plain simplicity. Let the sauce, cheese and crust shine on their own.

In a city of solid slices this one stands out. Tastes similar to Joes with a richer (almost too rich) sauce and more cooked crust. Still one of the best I've had in Manhattan.
