Pizza Review
I stopped here for some quick pizza while in the city and to see if it merited its One Bite score. They were very busy, but they operate like an assembly line and they constantly have slices in the oven popping out for the next customer. As for the regular slice, it was thin and had zero flop. In addition, every bite guaranteed you a crunch regardless of where you bit it. The sauce also has some tomato chunks in it so if you like that, it's a plus. I think the slice overall is a very standard NYC slice in style, but above average in its execution. The taste specifically is fine, however nothing that stands out. While it is fresh, it's a very typical slice but with pretty good dough and structural integrity. The other slice I got is their Fra Diavolo. It's topped with mildly spicy pepperoni imported from Italy and also provides a lot of crunch. It's good, however I would have liked the pepperoni to be spicier and for there to be more cheese. I would rate that slice a 7.7. The regular gets an 8.0 primarily for the zero flop/crisp it achieves, but the taste is a bit lacking for anything higher.
