NYC Village Pizza

This is a great pie! I like the crispier semolina crust, it makes for a solid undercarriage, good bite and some extra flavor. The sauce had nice flavor and I liked the CTS ratio. Decent amount of grease which made for a good first bite slurp. This is now my favorite pie in Bethlehem! The staff was great as well which is always important.

The pizza had crunch and the cheese is perfect but there’s no sauce what so ever. I feel like I’m eating a grilled cheese.

Great slice. Minor flop nice crispy undercarriage, thin crispy crust. Good sauce and cheese. Not overly greasy. That’s a review.

Two slice combo came out of the oven with no grease no flop and with a smile. Really good taste and very good crisp on the bottom. Excellent choice for a virus concerned Sunday afternoon Well done!!

Alright Frankie, good bar pizza, def would order for a football game. Crust is crunchy, a little greasy but not over the top. Could def use more cheese, sauce has a tang to it. Id come here again!

Alright Frankie, this was a decent slice I just don’t recommend eating it piping hot out of the oven. It had quite a lot of flop as it was pretty thin and definitely had some grease. The sauce had a sweet flavor but there definitely wasn’t enough of it. Definitely a great football pizza but didn’t overwhelm me, nor was it underwhelming.
