Eating it, felt like a 9.1, but the original location in MIMOM is somehow a little better so I demoted it to an 8.9 (Caution, Neapolitan pizza lover). I ordered the pizza al nerano, which has zucchini cream base, provola cheese, and zucchini chips. It is based off the famed pasta dish. Again, while eating, it felt like a 9.1 The zucchini cream is slightly sweet but mild with a nice texture from the chips. The crust is SPECTACULAR. Amazing flavor, and it holds up more than any other Neapolitan I have had in a while. My friend had the Marghertia, and he rated it a 9.2. I met the famed pizzaiolo, Carmine Candito, who won the pizza maker international championship in 2022. Look, amazing pizza. The original in MIMO still is slightly better, but in either location you’ll be in authentic Neapolitan heaven.
