OAK Wood Fire Kitchen

Thin, crispy, crunchy, robust, and sweet. Definitely in my top 3 Utah pizza joints.

Neapolitan - doughy, tough crust. Resembles cardboard with extra flour. Decent flavor on the sauce

Minimal flop. Very airy and delicious. Thick and flavorful cheese. I would also get the goat cheese appetizer. Will be returning.

Pleasantly surprised, really good pizza, good sauce great cheese, crust has great texture and great wood flavor.

This was a solid slice. One of the better places I’ve been. Great crust and cheese. If they could have their sauce a little more flavorful or with some tang to it this easily could be in the 8+ range. Also the decor of the restaurant was very nice.

Major flop on this Neapolitan. Decent slice tho. Little too wet for my liking but my wife enjoyed it
