The dough is just outrageously good. Crispy, light, flaky. Slight flop but this dough is a masterpiece. How the hell does he do it??
And the FLAVOR of this pie is something else. I’m sick of highly rated pies on this app that don’t taste like anything.
I’ve also been to John’s of Bleeker, Frank Pepe’s, and a bunch of others. I remember they were phenomenal but don’t remember what any of them taste like or what the crust was like. But every week or two, I crave Oggi.
