Old School N.Y. Pizza

Louisville’s version of a NY slice is pretty solid! The slices are thin and easily foldable. Not too greasy. Respectable cheese-to-sauce ratio.

I don’t know what this place is called but we got it for dinner at work and it was low key buss 7/10

Great pizza! Not many places in Louisville where you get this good of an undercarriage! Next time I'll get a more simple pizza to try.

This place def gave me some East Coast NY/NJ vibes. The pizza was just as good as your average slice from your local joint down the Jersey Shore which means it’s probably one of the best you’ll see in Kentucky.

Good crisp, but the sauce lacks that certain tang I’m looking for in a classic NY slice. Very friendly staff…nice spot.

Decent pie, center of the pizza was a complete disaster. The last say four inches had great flavor and crust texture. Light on the sauce, it’s a subtle tasting affair. Pepperoni was nice and crispy. I suspect a refired single slice might be the way to go here… it would reduce the flop and hopefully the insane amount of oil sitting on top of the pizza … it just destroyed the undercarriage 🫤

Really, really good pizza. Thin, crispy undercarriage. Good sauce. Good cheese. Also got a pizza with toppings that was very good. Cannot go wrong here. Will be back.

Forgot to take a picture of the pizza but it was pretty solid. Cheese was really good, the sauce wasn’t my favorite but overall a pretty good slice.

It’s a nice NY style pizza with plenty of cheese and pepperoni. The crust is crispy and the undercarriage is thin and a little flop to it. The sauce does have a hint of sweetness to it but overall it’s a good pie
