Old Scratch Pizza & Beer

Good pizza. Ultra thin, alittle doughy, good undercarriage yet lacking the crunch. All in it'd be a do over.

Pretty floppy even though asked for well done. Still a fantastic pizza with good amount of sauce, very thin, perfect cheese ratio and crust is just crispy enough.
