I’m not really familiar with this New Haven style, but I have to say I get the hype. On a scale from one to ten the taste of this pie was a ten. A tangy herb infused tasty tangy sauce. The crust taste was superb as well. The cheese although greasy was the perfect amount in ratio to the sauce. Little floppy in the front third of each slice with the cheese falling off. If you like a well done pizza with some char this is your jam for sure. I’m from North Jersey some good pizza in its own right. But if someone opened a joint that made this style. It would be a home run!
