Oliver's In the Heights

I think this would be a much higher scored pizza but the crust was just too chewy for me. Easily could be in high 6s/low-mid 7s if it was left in oven a bit longer.

Day 2 in Peoria. Missing New Haven by the minute. Cracker crust. Absolutely no sauce. It tastes like cheese whiz on a triscuit
