To be honest I wasn’t hopeful for this based on the atmosphere and appearance. Absolutely smashed expectations when I saw the pizza and took a bite.
Undercarriage was crunchy all the way through. But of a tang and a fennel taste (girls made me order sausage and it’s 100% from that).
The slice holds up phenomenally, not too much of any ingredient. Overall this is a great pizza. Will come back.
