Original Italian Pizza

Stopped here on my way home from a showing. The joint I looked up and wanted to try was closed. This was across the street so I gave it a try. I was not a huge fan of this pie but it may just not be my style, I’m sure some people like it. This is a very soft doughy crust. A lot of flop and cheese avalanche. The cheese to me seemed very gummy, probably the reason I was not a fan. The sauce was decent but seemed heavy handed on the tomato paste. The staff seemed nice which is a plus.

Ordered their thin crust and asked for it extra crispy. I got a floppy mozzarella and tomato sauce soup. Barely cook enough. The cheese is soggy and gross. There’re more grease than sauce. It flat out sucks. Garbage. Haven’t had their regular pie but why the fuck would anyone go back if they received some shit pizza like this.

It’s a heavy doughy pizza. Crust could be a little crispier.
