The Napoletana pizza at Osteria Cucina was absolutely delicious. The cheese and sauce were outstanding—rich, balanced, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly cooked in their wood-burning oven, with that beautiful char every Neapolitan lover looks for. The undercarriage was charred to perfection, adding just the right hint of smokiness. Could have used a touch more salt, but nothing that this pizzaiola wouldn’t still call outstanding. A top-tier pie all around.
