GREASE!! Gosh too much, would have made this such a better pie, gotta ring it out before you put in on your plate

They put heavy garlic on the pizza unless you request not to have it. This one is without.

This is one of my favorite pizza spots. The cheese pizza is delicious. The only critique is that I like it cooked a little longer, and would ask for now garlic butter on the crust. Other than that, great!
