Pagliacci Pizza

Pagliacci Pizza in Mountlake Terrace, near Seattle, down the road from my dear sister, is a private chain with 27 locations. For midsize chain keeping it’s slices this good it’s pretty epic. The plain pie is definitely in the 7’s. The box has an image of BigFoot 👣, the mythical creature known as Sasquatch, capturing the true essence of the PNW area. The undercarriage is slightly crispy and the sauce to cheese ratio is great. I’m not sure what kind of fat they use for the dough but overall a great slice 🍕

Presentation speaks for itself, slices are always so small out here. But this the best pizza you can get around here.

Not your typical chain pizzeria. Virtually no flop, great crust and a sauce with some kick. One of my favorite pizza places in Washington. Only negative is it doesn't hold up during a reheat for leftovers.

Good sauce good cheese, but doesn't blow me away on either front. Bonus crisp and no flop but a bit greasy. Its an eat it if you are there but not a travel for.
