It's much better than I remember. The Palermos I remember was a 5.8. This pizza has a little crisp, a gentle chew, and a great ratio of crust to sauce to cheese.

Good amount of flop could be cooked a little longer. Cheese is excellent and sauce is sweet and tasty.

Doughy crust and no crisp at all. Moderately greasy, cheese and sauce are pretty good. Not my favorite pizza, but I can definitely still eat a lot of it.
