Whoa. Ok, smokey flavor. No flop, but crust was unforgiving on the fold. To be fair, I got the 14” medium so that may be a size thing.
Damn I like that smokey sauce! The cheese chinked off on a bite-pull which is a downer but don’t take me the wrong way - this is a GOOD tasting pie!
Good sauce. Yeah, this is a good sauce.
The crust is on its own. Really. Kinda breaks away from the pie. A bit too dry as it breaks apart and doesn’t fold in the fold, but still tastes really good.
Damn this is a tough one to score. It TASTES really good so I’m going with that….
So far, this is the best pizza anywhere near Hudson, FL. The crust cracks too easily on the fold and the cheese slips off a bit but damn it’s good.
Worth the trip.

< 5.9 = Worsening levels of MEH. Gas station heat lamp to school lunch lady pizza. You’ll feel the dead weight in you. Hard pass (pun intended).
