Pane Bianco Central

This will be my lowest rated pizza I’ve had in Arizona. I’m a big Pizza Bianco fan, but the only good thing about this pizza was the crust. Very floppy, almost no cheese, terrible under carriage. It was basically sauce and dough. Crust had a crisp. I took a few bites of random parts of the pizza to see if I could get 1 good bite before throwing it away. I hate having to give this a bad score, could have been a really bad night for them. But the rules are the rules, 4.0 Crust and decent ingredients saved it from a worse score.

My favorite pizza I’ve found in the valley. Biancos NY slice shop. Everything is super fresh and the crust is super crispy with little flop. I wish they’d make this in a New Haven style because the ingredients are all excellent.

Best pizza west of The Mississippi. Surfboard slice. Good leoparding underneath. Crisp crust. Fresh red. The staff at take-out were very helpful and kind.

I’ve lived in Arizona my whole life, and ever since watching Dave’s reviews, my friend and I have started traveling Arizona and trying all the best Pizza places. This place has been the best pizza we’ve tried so far! The ingredients taste real and fresh, the pizza is crunchy with no flop, the cheese and sauce are delicious and flavorful, and there was no grease. Got both the NY style and the Sicilian. The NY was my favorite but the Sicilian was definitely worth the try!

Damn good pizza. NY style 18inch “Red” pizza. Added pepperoni and also got garlic on half of it. Small flop, perfect taste, nice crunch on the crust. Best in AZ so far.

This is the best pizza you can get in the area.

Best pizza in Phoenix. Bianco brought back his New York style during COVID and it’s the one upside of the pandemic. Tangy thin great crust.

I like that it is a big Neapolitan style. Could use a little more flavor and has a big flop.
