Pretty floppy, very greasy. Not a lot of crisp. Almost no flavor? Unless I’ve got COVID. I can taste the olive oil in the crust, and a hint of oregano, which I’m not a huge fan of. There’s also some light sourness going on in the sauce. Better than most places in Evansville, but not for the price.
