This sleepy, suburban street holds one of the souths best kept secrets.
Foundations are everything and the base of this neopolitaian manages to hold under the weight of some healthy topping. The charcoal chrisp on the undercarriage gives it an authentic feel and the crust holds its crunch from slice 1 to 8.
But it’s Paninni’s sauce thats the real hero. A good dose of mozzerella only compliments. Slightly weak on the basil but it picks up some points with a controversial sprinkle of oregano.
Make no mistake, Paninni’s makes a solid pie.
Definitely one to watch.
