Panino's Pizzeria - Evanston

Honestly? Awful. Not sure what the ratings here are for, but this photo is of the effectively uncooked pizza sitting in our oven. Tasteless, soft, flopppy. Skip.

Good Chicago tavern style pizza

Solid pie. Good crust, good cheese, good sauce. Fresh ingredients. Little bit soggy/doughy. Similar to margherita style.

This was the New Haven Apizza style. I don’t know how apizza it really was(looked nothing like what I’ve seen of the real thing) but it was pretty damn good regardless.

Had a slice of thin sausage and deep pepperoni. Not a Big fan of deep dish, but this one isn’t crazy cheesy. Sweet sauce and decent ingredients. Crust was good.

Good for the price, especially when compared to other Evanston pizzas.

Service is always great! The pizza is by far the best thing. Sauce is just right and they top it off with a great blend of Galbani Cheese🍕
