PARISI pizzeria, trattoria e vino

Crust was good, sauce was not. Ok pizza. Also tried a hot Italian sausage with peppers. Same comment about the sauce.

Good fresh taste but some flop and grease seapage

Excellent pie. Perfectly charred bottom, good crunch but not too much. No flop, but still soft. Sauce and cheese working well together. Sauce might be a little sweet for some, but I was diggin’ it.
