The opening salvo of the pizza season with a little spring training slice. Little home opener. Pasquale’s located on Lafayette. Lot of history on that block. They shot scenes from the Irishman there. That’s all the history. Anyway I want to get as many sentences before the racism. This is Mexican pizza. Very oily. This pizza is so Mexican that if it spoke it would tell me “vatos loco” and then ask for chon chon. This pizza is so Mexican that if an ice agent ate it he would die immediately. Don’t get any ideas you fucking libs. Anyway pizza season is upon us. No more spring training games, we take real at bats tomorrow.

OK, here we are on a beautiful Tuesday, it’s New Year’s Eve. Just got done hitting the slopes with my baby girl. First pizza review since after Christmas. It’s over, but we’re not gonna be sad. Because it’s gonna be here before you know it. And the ski season has just begun. That looks really good, good Italians work in the place. Which always means a lot. My baby girl says it’s good. Let’s go. Zero flop, very interesting taste. Kind of zesty, not your average pizza taste. But I like it. Good crunch, thin, light. No, it is a tad greasy cup, but that’s OK. Definitely football pizza. Let’s go!!

Little greasy, but very good slice with good seasoning. Little floppy, so maybe ask for well done.

It’s basically your average slice. But, it was crispy. That’s what saved it from dropping out of the 7’s. If you got no where else to go you’ll do fine here. 7.1 That’s a review.

Solid slice. Won’t knock your socks off definitely on the greasy side so wipe some off with a napkin

Pasquale pizza, a little gem in downtown Suffern, NY. I never really ate here before and when I use to get slices from here I wasn’t happy with the quality. This time I think they changed their recipe or something because it was really good. The slice had the NY flop, cheese was a good quality but a little thick, the sauce was a little thin but had a great taste of oregano, and the crust was delicious, the fresh bread out of the oven taste with a nice crisp. Haven’t been here in awhile and I can see I was clearly missing out. Overall I have to give it a 7.1.

I was nervous when the guy gave me a slice that looked like it had been there since last week. It was surprisingly good though. Probably should’ve ordered a pie to see how good it could be.
