Roman style. Brick oven. Hot damn this is a good slice! Sauce has some tang and some sweetness, but not too much. Undercarriage is charred but not burnt, classic brick oven.. 0 flop. I mean ZERO. The dough is what puts this above most; it's crispy, crackery, and chewy all at once; has just the right amount of salt. It has an ever so slight taste and aroma of fresh basil. The basil definitely infused the crust during cooking. Hands down a 9 score slice. Don't get the round pie, this is it right here. Highly recommend.
