Love the brick oven crisp and fresh toppings. Sauce was meh but solid for central FL

I thought Florida was only good for strawberry daiquiris...but then I realized, this place is just an outlier...and Florida is only good for Strawberry daiquiris.

So this pie falls into a totally different category. This is a fairly fancy restaurant that also has pizza. But holy smokes, it’s fantastic. They use chunky fresh mozzarella and it’s pretty evident the gravy is made fresh. Kinda of blew my socks off a bit.

Hands down the best pizza within 100 miles

Excellent…. It’s up there with some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Amazing crust, tasty sauce great toppings. We will be coming back. Girlfriend was 8.3 as she doesn’t like too much sauce, but still an excellent score.

One bite, everybody knows the rules. A great undercarriage and good crisp. No flop. Choice of the square Roman style or the round. Could use a bit more flavor in the sauce but it’s good and worth a try.

Very good pizza, you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Had a nice crisp to it but it was a little tough to chew. The best in the area for sure.

Roman style. Brick oven. Hot damn this is a good slice! Sauce has some tang and some sweetness, but not too much. Undercarriage is charred but not burnt, classic brick oven.. 0 flop. I mean ZERO. The dough is what puts this above most; it's crispy, crackery, and chewy all at once; has just the right amount of salt. It has an ever so slight taste and aroma of fresh basil. The basil definitely infused the crust during cooking. Hands down a 9 score slice. Don't get the round pie, this is it right here. Highly recommend.

Best pizza I’ve had

Alright Franky.....Back up in Tradition area, I was here once before but it was a different name...different owner...and definitely different pizza! This is really great brick oven pizza. Made right in front of you. Everything is fresh, perfect crisp, great flavor 8.5, highest score I've given in PSL. Thats a review

I had this at the location in Palm City. Went for the Roma Style which is larger than the round. It’s cooked in a wood oven so it’s well done with a nice undercarriage. It’s got good sauce and fresh mozzarella. It’s a grandma pizza made with the best ingredients. Very good pie for this area. 8.3
