Really wanted this one to be good, and it does have potential, but the flop and the grease were too much, flavor is pretty good, will try again in a few months to see if this was a bad example

Came out a little on the cool side but the flavor made up for it. The green flash is a great take on the margarita. Decent flop, but good amount of char. Very sweet sauce. All-in-all a really good wood-fired pie

Really good wood fired pizza, not quite upper echelon but still very good. The Green Flash is a really unique take on a Margherita. Cool spot too!
