First off let me just say that the guy running this place was very Italian. He talked like he just came over on the boat. As for the pizza, I got here just minutes before they closed, and i felt like an asshole because Yelp said they close at 10pm, but they actually close at 9pm, and it was 8:54 when i walked in. The guy was super nice about it and gave me a slice of sausage for free being he was going to throw it away in 6 minutes anyway. The crust was great, super crispy from the first bite to the last. The only complaints I have is that the sauce was a bit bland, and the cheese was pretty greasy. Good flavor though, and the ratio of dough, sauce, and cheese was basically on point. I thoroughly enjoyed it, I’d give the plain slice i ate a 7.3, but I think it would be unfair not to guve it some sort of handicap points for being there as they were locking the door. I’m going to add .2 because they were old slices and i know that if they were fresh they’d of been better.
