Real doughey but a good tasting pie

Speciality pie. Pesto shrimp. Very tasty. Another good place in town.

Great pizza. Wood fired oven with great flavor.

Based on the style of pizza, Neapolitan I give this a 7. They important the 00 flour from Italy. The problem with this restaurant is consistency, sometimes you get a good pie with a nice crisp other times it’s floppy dough with a burnt bottom. At its best it has a thin and crispy crust with a light fresh sauce and a high quality mozzarella that gives off little to no excess oil.

Good pizza. Not great. Crust wasn’t cooked all the way, it was doughy. Major flop. 8.7 is too high of a score. Not a bad date night pizza.
