I gage all my reviews on my opinion of Prince St. Pizza (they’re in NY and SoCal, LA) I give Prince a 9.4. Now onto Peppino’s. Peppino’s serve slices up until 3pm. Nothing wrong with that. Got me a fresh basil one. Pizza sauce was nice, some flop on the slice, and the undercarriage looked good too. Every table has extra virgin olive oil and vinaigrette. A nice staple for Italian enthusiasts. Not pictured but I did a splash of the olive oil and it went great with my slice. Traditional, big, NY slice size. The pizza crust ends were de-lish. My favorite part was actually the crust ends. This is fine, not a criticism. Only real criticism; the pizza could be a little thinner and crispier. The end was bomb.com. Overall, a very satisfactory slice. 7.3
