Very unique pie. One of the best pan pizzas I’ve had. If I could change one thing the undercarriage would be more crisp. The pepperonis have great flavor and the sauce was delicious. It is a very thick slice without being too heavy, but it is bready. It almost is the perfect lineman but with more yeast. Dare I say it is more bread than pizza. But the flavor is outstanding.

Friend sent away for this on Goldbelly. Was out in Chicago seeing phish got this at the shop. It was also in the bear which is a show i enjoy. Said we got close. I give it a 7.9.

I didn’t enjoy the burnt crust style. Not really sure the point of that part, but the rest is pretty good. Great sauce and cheese. Expected more from “the best deep dish in Chicago”

Gotta be honest, I was expecting more. Crust is pretty bland, although it’s firm enough. Cheese is average at best. For me the standout is the sauce and is carrying this score for sure.

Pan pizza was FANTASTIC. The only complaint we had was that it was not piping hot, as if it were sitting for a bit before being delivered to our table. With that said, one of the best pies we've ever had.

Solid wheel, the crust is phenomenal, the sauce is great. Just a tad bit doughy. Definitely not an everyday pizza just a treat

The thin crust was better. The pan pizzas dough was too thick and uneven making some parts of the pizza feel like you were eating a loaf of bread. Also it didn’t have enough sauce which left the pizza dry
