This pizza is truly an experience and something that should only be rated with an understanding that deep dish is a different animal than your classic east NY/NJ slice. I’ve had other Chicago deep dish before but the quality of ingredients in this pie combined with their unique carmelized crust really hits it outta the park.
Helpful tips
- A small comes with 4 slices and is definitely enough for two people.
- If you can’t decide on toppings you can do half and half!
- Looking for a great combo, try meatball, garlic and basil. You won’t regret it!
- For the perfect bite, make sure you include the crust, otherwise you’re shortchanging yourself.
