Pizza Review
I love New Haven, NY, and Detroit style cheese pizza. I’m really not the biggest fan of Chicago deep dish…with one exception - this one. Pequod’s has the charred crispy cheese edges and a tangy smooth sauce that is its own style. Sure, it’s more of a pizza cake than a pizza pie. I get it…you can’t fold it…and you have to eat it with a knife and fork. But, this continues to be my favorite pizza on planet Earth.
