Very floppy. Could be cooked a lot longer. Cheese is very good and high quality with the perfect amount of it. Sauce has some tang to it. Crust and base is very fluffy, but not heavy. Would do much better if cooked on a pizza stone or cooked longer. Not terrible but there are better pizzas in Valpo. I give their calzones a 6.9.
