Cheese- subtle, understated, fresh, perfect
Dough- crunchy outside, fluffy inside, excellent taste. Perfect complement to the other ingredients.
Execution- stellar. Absolutely perfect. Bottom and edges cooked to perfection. No char.
Overall taste- excellent. Freshness of the ingredients coupled with the above average taste of all three components makes for a world class marriage.
Hiawatha once said, “This beautiful land is my home. I hope the newcomers will care for it as I would have.”
Thanks to the Italian newcomers that have inhabited this land, we have wonderful pizza joints like this place.
