Good sauce and crust. Bit floppy. I guess I have to ask for it to be extra well done.

God crust and flavor

Calzoni confused by the menu. Service attitude south, quality north. Damn idk man, this isn’t pizza.

I ordered this pizza knowing that it was the highest rated pizza in San Diego County. Expectations were high. This is a Neapolitan style pizza and a very good example of one. Everything was tasty from the cheese to the sauce to the crust. It Is a little Saltier than the average pizza which may bother some, but not me. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. But it was a little floppy in the middle. Overall really good pizza.

Little too much grease, that’s probably my only complaint though.

Crispy crust on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Sauce tastes like real tomatoes. Perfect dispersion of mozzarella slices. The hints of basil in each bite deliver perfect contrast. Would be a 10 but that goes against one bite policy.
