Pia's Wood Fired Pizza

Good crisp with no flop, good balance of sauce& cheese, crust is a little chewy though, but a solid effort and this was their food truck not the restaurant

Great food truck pizza. Full wood oven. Not a bad price. Not sure which style they are going for but it's heavy on the dough. Bottom of the pie is crispy which makes up for the heavy dough and ......Frankie let me tell ya....tons of cheese. 6.6 that's a review
