Picasso's Pizza

Picasso’s dos Buffalo-style really well. It’s a little on the heavier side with more dough around the edges - but it’s got great flavor, really good sauce, and the cupped/charred pepperoni on top. I would absolutely recommend grabbing a pie from Picassos if you’re in Buffalo- good wings too.

Half peperoni/half cheese. More sauce than I prefer but it tastes pretty good

I’ve recently become a big fan of Buffalo style pizza and I’m slowly making my way through all the big spots there whenever we’re in the area. All the photos I’ve seen from this place looked too burnt and I was a bit reluctant to give them a try. But dang, this was phenomenal. Everything worked. The flavor in this thing is powerful and they manage to get the pepperonis charred and crispy without burning the pizza. The “don’t knock it until you’ve tried it” philosophy absolutely applies here. This turned me into a believer. Maybe I went a little high on this score but I am truly smitten by it. (I’ve been told by a few locals that they aren’t as consistent as they used to be so I must have had them on a really good night. No complaints here!)

The dough wasn’t cooked through. Lots of flip but tasted amazing!

Well this sure was an interesting pie! Certainly different than what I’m used to, so I am not sure how to fairly rate this. It was packed with flavor, very very sweet sauce, flop for days, and loaded with cheese and oil. I really enjoyed this new way of pizza, it was a nice change of pace!

Expectedly thick. A little chewy beyond the normal chew you expect from a hunk of a slice. Topping dust always hits right, and the crust delivered well on crunch especially considering the Buffalo style. One thing I love about Buffalo style, are those bit sized, well done pepperoni slices that cup up in the pie.

Love the pep, hate the cut.

Good pie. Reminded me of Detroit style but heavier.

Loved, awesome slice. Pepperonis are great. Lot of flop though, I wonder if it would be different on not such a busy night

Great cook on the dough. Lighter sauce but not bad in this case. Cheese and spices have excellent flavor with no grease whatsoever. Pepperoni a little overdone. Minimal crust but is very crunchy. Overall great slice of pizza.

Always can expect some solid pizza from Picasso’s. One of my favorites with how good the cheese is and the crisp. It’s hard to not give it a higher score.

Very crispy slice of pie, if ya looking for pizza with a side of occasional burnt cheese then this is your spot to go. Otherwise the sprinkled on cheese makes the taste better, that’s a review derek.

Good crisp

El Pres went a little too low. Good pizza. It has good flavor and I really like the crust where it’s crispy. It is a little messy toward the middle though. Some nice added touches with the parm cheese and basil on top. Taste is high, but because it’s not my style with the floppy middle; 7.6

Well cooked pizza !!! Sauce n cheese was V good but, a little greasy from the pepperoni !!!

Light and fluffy crust. Cheese and sauce very flavorful.

Shipped to Texas. Dude in Phone tonight cool AF. But took longer than expected to cook and wanted more sauce. Not mad-Not thrilled.

Thicker slice like the classic buffalo pizza should be. Sweeter sauce. Good cheese. Dough is nice and fluffy but firm at the bottom.

Not good. The pizza has a slight taste of metal. The pepperoni as you can see is scorched. Every one in my group that had this said they were disappointed. The sauce is tasteless. I also asked for double cheese and this ain't it.

Pepperoni was very burnt, sauce is pretty flavorless, pizza is cooked to a crisp.
