Pizza Review
I’ve recently become a big fan of Buffalo style pizza and I’m slowly making my way through all the big spots there whenever we’re in the area. All the photos I’ve seen from this place looked too burnt and I was a bit reluctant to give them a try. But dang, this was phenomenal. Everything worked. The flavor in this thing is powerful and they manage to get the pepperonis charred and crispy without burning the pizza. The “don’t knock it until you’ve tried it” philosophy absolutely applies here. This turned me into a believer. Maybe I went a little high on this score but I am truly smitten by it. (I’ve been told by a few locals that they aren’t as consistent as they used to be so I must have had them on a really good night. No complaints here!)
