Solid 7.7. Very tasty sour dough crust, good marinara sauce and the smoked mozzarella was great. Pizza was a little floppy but it still was a phenomenal pie.

Absolutely sublime crust made of homemade dough that is fermented over 72 hours. Slightly sweet sauce, and fresh Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Absolutely amazing pie and that is why I rate Pie Tap an 8.6
