Pizza Review
Pie 12 is worth the drive and not to be missed in the Tampa Bay Area no matter where you are coming from. The power behind it all is owner Rehan driving a Coal-fired oven a creating amazing pies at low prices for legit pizza Napoletana. We started out with the baseline Margherita which was perfectly prepared. Crust had a good crisp outside with a good chew, not too salty and a nice char. Next, the Diavola, fresh Soppresata and pepper flakes gave it a nice kick. The base was perfect again for the Gustosa with a very tasty blend of sausage sans fennel no need to hide the flavor here) and roasted red pepper. Topped it off with a white pie, the Quattro Fromagi. This is a “don’t miss” stop and a great value. 4 pies and drinks for $68! Once you try it, it will be your go to stop in the Bay area!
