If I call a pizza place I want my phone answered by a human not a voice prompt that tells me to order online. The phone should be answered by a human and if they’re busy it should be a guy saying “Piesano’s! Please hold” in an Italian accent then dropping the phone on the counter. I don’t want to order online. I want a human experience.
