Very thin, yet still has a fair amount of flop. More of a “fancy”, sit-down type pizza, not a NY slice type spot. They cut the pizza into rectangles. One thing I didn’t like was the pizza tasted very salty. Fairly good pie though. They do their own thing at Pinons and don’t follow trends. Very nice people and great customer service.
