Great crust and undercarriage, very firm and no flop. Great dough with a nice char. Fresh ingredients all around, but the sauce could use some seasoning. Seems like a simple tomato sauce. Pretty good cheese.

This is some top tier Detroit style. Everything is exceptional! And that crust is to die for.
