Great crust and undercarriage, very firm and no flop. Great dough with a nice char. Fresh ingredients all around, but the sauce could use some seasoning. Seems like a simple tomato sauce. Pretty good cheese.

Fresh ingredients no flop solid under carriage very light. I got the thin but they can make every pizza Detroit style for $4 extra
