Crust isn’t a cracker crust, it’s pretty good and buttery. Sweeter sauce.

Alright, Pizano’s! This spot is nestled just off of Madison and Garland with a tavern style pie with incredible character. Cheese was great and stuck to the pie. The sauce was sweet and closer to what they would use for pasta, but the flavor was perfect for their pie. What’s driving this home for me is the bread which is crisp from edge to edge with zero flop. Overall incredible dinner spot with great atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, traditional deep dish, sauce is a tiny bit bland

Very good deep dish & I’m not normally a fan of deep dish but the crust was very thin which I like.

Buttery crust is much crispier than a typical tavern style. Pretty good but not amazing. Tavern style is better than deep dish here.
