Pizza By Rocco

This place is a total mess. Do not order on Friday or Saturday nights. Ordered three pizza’s and a salad on Friday night. Ordered on the app that was pushed to me from their own direct website. I went in to pickup my order after I was messaged that the order was ready. It was not and I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. At first it seemed that the problem was an unmade salad. I listened as instructions for the salad were called out and had to correct them in the process as they were reading wrong instructions. After a few minutes they handed me my order - missing a pizza. I pointed that out. They apologized and said they would still have to make it and it would be 7-minutes and to wait in my car. I questioned the 7-minutes but they said that is all. 15-minutes later they came out handing me the three pizza’s and my salad. I left to go home. Then they called me 10 minutes into my drive home to tell me they gave me the wrong pizza (which is a type I don’t want). After the 25 total minute extra wait, having to correct them on reading the order, and the wrong pizza I asked for a full refund. I was told that a.) this happens on Friday nights due to them being busy b.) that they usually do not get orders from the app I used (which came up from their direct website) c.) That people never order the specific pizza I chose (which is on their menu). I reminded him that I ordered at 5pm before the rush, and that it was not busy - no one else came in when I was there. I reminded them that I ordered a pizza on their menu (was not create your own). I reminded him that I used the app recomended by their direct website. Overall I asked for a full refund for the mess and they refused.

Not a 9 not an 8.... not a 7.9 but not horrible. Maybe low to mid 7s if not less but not the worst

I think this is the best pizza in the area. Crispy crust, tangy sauce, delicious! Worth the wait!

“I Love Meat Pizza”

Good pizza well cooked with a bit of flop. Heavy oregano taste on the sauce makes it unique a bit of spice

A bit too thin for me, pretty good not great. Can’t decide if I would get it again.

Family vetoed me on cheese, but we got a Greek pizza which was excellent. Fantastic taste and crust. Little bit too much flop but that may have been based on sitting too long in the box on the way home. Definitely the best pizza spot I’ve tried in Natick.

7.6 crust is a little dead on this pizza.

Truly delicious slice. The guys who own this place really care about their product and customers. It’s clear in the delivery of a superb pie. Crispy crust from top to bottom. High quality, well distributed cheese. The sauce could use a minor tweak to add a little tang, but overall in the metro west area this is, in my opinion, the best slice. Not really that close either.

Reflecting on my score I would have went higher but you know the rules... I would travel out of my way to the “best pizza in Natick”. Cheese is evenly spread very little grease which tells me they go above and beyond on higher quality. I love the cornmeal crunch of the crust. Something left to be desired on the tang aka kick of the sauce, oregano flakes were a great add on to the flavor. Small shop with exceptional service it’s the American dream in the making check these guys out. That’s a review!

Great no frills pie. Wish I got a large. Strong 8.2
