Eye test - my first glance was like, holy cow that looks awful Execution - for what it is, which is dopey artisan rectangle, it’s decent Ratio - too thick overall and too much cheese Cheese - quality taste and chew, not exceptional Sauce - hard to say. It’s slightly above average, not near enough Dough - unusual. Not a fan. Not quite sure what it is. Crispy for sure. Too thick, regardless if the style Wagner said, “I don’t believe in luck.” Other considerations: very salty. Service is very good. At best I’d say try it once and decide. Onward!
