New name- Pizza Delizia.
I reviewed this place when it was Nocchino’s. Under new management, but is it better? Here we go.
They did re deck the slice for me but it’s still floppy, usually it crisps up with a re deck, not this time.
The dough is fresh albeit soft. The crust has a nice crunch but that’s what you’d expect with a soft under carriage.
The sauce has just enough tang to keep it out of the sweet category. There’s enough of it here and it’s not watered down but it’s lacking depth in flavor.
The cheese is you standard shredded mozzarella with hints of flavor. Not bad but it’s nothing to write home about.
Overall, I think it was better when it was Nocchino’s. The pizza would be a good bar pie but I’m sober and I need something a little better.
