Last review for 2020 Frankie -> were are Pizza Depot (pizza review time dec 31st 2:40pm)... You always complain about non Italian pizza Frankie -> and sadly there is some truth to it -> we always say -> end of the day (it’s bloody fuckn dark -> little British humour lesson there and thus a lesson on Britain Frankie -> all wrapped into one -> that’s how we do it and) it doesn’t matter who is physically making the pizza -> as long as it’s 1) a qualified pie maker -> and-> 2) following an Italian recipe ——> because if you think the non traditional pizza is off the rails? -> because let’s face it Frankie-> it is -> you shouldn’t even try a Turkish pizza or an Indian Pizza -> it’s not even a pizza -> not saying ALL Italian pizzas are great either Frankie - they are not -> look at our last review -> it was Italian Pizza ->and guess what ? it wasn’t great -> it was good -> we ate the whole pie-> fresh ingredients and still better than dominos -> but to be in the same sentence as dominos ? not shooting for the moon here Frankie (are we) as far as a comparable goes -> and so we shouldn’t -> as that solo women pizza baker yesterday (in the last review) couldn’t sway us and neither will pizza depot -> here we go -> we do honest reviews here and we don’t discriminate -> right off the bat it’s a little better looking than dominos-> one bite everyone knows the rules-> pizza depot -> it’s December-> it’s Brampton, Ontario, Canada -> we came out here to try this - yes-> -> and you know what ? it’s good -> it’s what el’Presidente would call a bar pie-> kinda greasy -> but a bit of a sweet sauce -> light on the cheese but when the dough bubbles under the cheese creating pillows in the pie -> bonus points for that Frankie -> undercarriage little to no char -> it did have zero flop ...but while still giving off a dominos pizza vibe (some would call it frozen style pizza Frankie - I wouldn’t - some would - I wouldn’t)... but we will score it (1 to 10 / one bite / everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 -> here we go) ~> it’s a ! 4.2 would’ve gone 3.8 but those dough bubbles mid cheese that’s the good stuff - very little cheese so -> that’s no good and the crust was like a bread crust -> not a pizza crust (but a bread crust of like an Italian sandwich type of crust -> off a loaf of bread -> type -> crust ) and -> we also took into consideration we are basing this review off a slice -> but unlike yesterday were we ate the whole pie - full disclosure- this slice was not finished after this review was done -> had the English pub (my good sir’) been open next door Frankie-> and if we had been drinking some beers -> remember those good ole days Frankie -> in those days and this pizza combined -> We could eat the entire slice or the better part of a pie -> so taking all things into consideration - the amazing people who run this pizza depot are really nice hard working people -> I believe that they are from India and India was a British colony-> that’s a bonus little Britain history for all of you readers and being that it’s next to a British Pub -> this particular outlet of the franchise that is known across the west end of Toronto as ‘Pizza Depot’ gets a 4.2 -> (professional score) that’s a review ->
